AI Worker NowTerms & Conditions
By subscribing to or using AI Worker Now, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service
We build, host, and maintain a professional website for your business, plus the features included in your chosen plan (which may include an AI chat assistant and online booking). We provide the service on a best-efforts basis and may improve or change features over time.
2. Plans, billing & auto-renewal
- Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
- Starter and Pro are month-to-month. Growth has a 3-month minimum term.
- We may change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice; changes apply to your next renewal.
- You are responsible for any third-party costs you incur directly, such as your own domain registration if purchased elsewhere.
3. Cancellation & refunds
- You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and your site stays live until then.
- Payments are non-refundable for the current period, except where required by law. Growth cancellations before the 3-month minimum remain responsible for the minimum term.

4. Your content & ownership
- You own your business content (your name, text, logo, photos, and your domain).
- You grant us a license to use that content to build, host, and maintain your site while you are a member.
- You confirm you have the rights to everything you give us (logos, photos, testimonials) and that it is lawful.
- Our website templates, code, and platform remain our property.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for anything unlawful, misleading, or harmful, and not to resell or copy our platform. We may suspend service for violations or non-payment.
6. Text messaging (SMS)
We do not send SMS at this time. If SMS is offered in the future it will be opt-in only, you can reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help, message and data rates may apply, and frequency varies. Any SMS program will follow applicable law (including the TCPA) and carrier requirements. Your mobile opt-in will never be shared with third parties for their marketing.
7. Third-party services
Payments are handled by Stripe and hosting by our provider, each under their own terms. We are not responsible for outages or actions of third-party services beyond our reasonable control.
8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads, or results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from content you provide or your use of the service in violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
Either party may end the relationship per the cancellation terms above. On termination we may take your site offline; you may request a copy of your content.
11. Governing law & changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of [SET STATE/COUNTRY]. We may update these Terms and will post the new effective date here.
